The social work perspective in reintegrating inmates in work field

With this research I intend to evaluate risk factors and the resources of whom depends socio professional reintegration of Gherla Penitentiary’s inmates. In the context of reaching to this purpose, I like to identify the attitude of the employers in what meaning employing an ex-inmate. Also I would like to know, what is the opinion of the inmates regarding the last job and the opinion regarding working in generally. And definably, I like to know what are the intern and extern resources of the inmates in what meaning social reintegration.
